What Causes Headache And Tingling In Hands?

Hi, I am female, 54 years old I do not take any medications nor do I have any problems. the other morning I awoke with a headache , which I sometimes do. i ate some bread and took Advil as I do. I felt like I was going to throw up, got kinda clammy and then my hands, both, went tingly. I went outside and my feet started to go tingly. I had my husband call 911. as soon as we called the symptoms got better and I felt fine. when they got here all my sats were fine. what do you think?

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concern. you should check your BP and do blood reports for haemoglobin, vitamin and calcium. If all are in correct level then no issue to worry but if anything is abnormal get it treated with supplements.
