What Causes Headache And Tingling In Neck?

Recently I have been experiencing severe headaches that last a good three or more hours. advil doesnt help. the last couple days the pain is at the back of my head and feels like it is burning and tingly. It goes down my neck and sides of my face. it is very scary feeling. do you know what this could be?
