hi sir/mam,your symptoms suggest a cervical intervertebral disc disorder(prolapse, degeneration).knee pain may be due to arthritis.disc prolapse is confirmed by MRI.the treatment for it is as follows:
1)bed rest atleast 1week.
2)tab.aceclofenac twice daily for 1 week.if you have any kidney issues, please avoid the above medicine and can go for tab.tramadol with paracetamol combination twice daily.
3)you may have gastric irritation.tab.pantoprazole once daily before food is recommended.
4)tab.pregabalin 75mg once daily at night is also recommended.
5)only after pain relief, you can go for neck muscle strenghtening
exercises.
6)also you can try physiotherapy procedures like ultrasound and IFT for pain relief.
with the above therapy if you don't find any improvement even after 1 week, kindly go for a neurologist or orthopedics.hope you get relief from your symptoms with the above therapy.other health issues if any, please let me know.i'm always ready to address your concerns.thank you.take care.bye.
