What Causes Headache And Tiredness In Body During Periods?

Last month my period was shorter & lighter, not a lot but definitely noticeable for me. The past weeks I ve been dizzy, nauseous, headache, extremely tired, frequently going #2 & moody. My period started today, 4 days early, it is usually really heavy but I have only used one tampon, & it barely had any blood on it. I am basically only bleeding when I wipe. Should I take a pregnancy test?

Hello!
Thank you for the question. I understand your concern.
In my opinion the troubles you have may be related to a hormonal imbalance or anemia.
Hormonal imbalance may cause headache, fatigue and mood changes. Stress, anemia, malnutrition can cause these problems. Pregnancy may cause hormonal changes too. I would recommend a pregnancy test and a full blood work to exclude the main problems. If everything normal nothing to worry about. It will get better with time.
Hope to have been helpful!
