What Causes Headache And Tiredness When On Vegetarian Diet?

Can you go through meat withdrawal? I went Pesco-vegetarian a week ago, and have been getting mild headaches and feeling tired. Do you think this could be a result from not eating meat? How long will this last? Is there anything I can do naturally to resolve this?

Hello

As you explain the situation yes it might be related to the diet restriction you are doing and especially the anemia might be very important related to it. I suggest you to start eating meat again.

Regards

Dr.Jolanda
