What Causes Headache And Unconsciousness?
Hellow doctor, My sister-in-law is 26 years.height 5.2 , weight may be 53. Just completed her wedding auniversary with my brother. First She suffered from stomach pain and then came to know that may be food poison. Later few days back suffered from urinal infection and went hospital and used medicines. For past 3 days she was telling headach. so used medicines. Yesterday she told severe headache .loosing conciousness . Not able to give reply and speak. cannot understand what we say. forgetting everything. So admitted in hospital. Now getting seline . Kept in ICU. what would be the reason ?? even they are not in rural area. not even Pigs around. Is any treatement for this?? some body told they may loose eye sight , get deaf ... for long period. Is it true ?? If she gets pregnant in future, will baby also be effected ??

Headache associated with unconsciousness is commonly due to blood pressure issues (hypertension / hypotension), migraine, tension/cluster headache, neurological disorder, brain tumor, cardiovascular disease, vasovagal syncope, etc. She should be clinically examined by a GP / Neurologist and get the required imaging tests done.
All blood workouts and urinalysis should be done to get a detailed study so that the pathology can be detected and treatment can be started at the earliest. In the meantime, the vitals should be normalized. She should be adequately hydrated. Get her treated (treatment may include a combination of conservative treatment, surgery if required and physiotherapy).
