What Causes Headache And Voice Echoing In Head?

My mom just came home from work. She was complaining of a headache before she left a few hours ago and now her voice is echoing in her head. Her cheeks are beaat red. She suffers from high blood pressure but it has been under control for a while now. What could be happening??
