Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, I m having this headache for 6 days now, I vomit every time after eating, this headache starts same time daily from 8am to around 02:30pm.. I don t know what s causing this, I have a 3years implant which I got last year in August 11and I haven t been on my periods for the past 8 to 9 months. What could be the problem?
I don't think this can be related to nexplanon. I think this can be migraine. Firstly you can do an X-ray of the cervical spine because spondylo-arthrosis may be a cause .Also check your vision to ophthalmologist if you need glasses. If everything comes out normal you may need to go to neuro-psychologist because it can be migraine. Take ibuprofen or ketoprofen at the start of headache.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
