What Causes Headache And Vomiting?

my husband has horrible headaches everyday all day until he vomits, his nose bleeds or faints from the pain. I think it might have to do with a hard ,ass of tissue he has intertwined t the top of his spine. What kind of doctor should i make an appointment with?
