What Causes Headache And Weakness With HIV Positive?

i am hiv positive since last four years and have started my art in august last year for 2 months i was on zln with septran but had severe vomiting and had to shift to sln and had stopped septran but then before three months i again shifted to zln now at present i am feeling very very weak, cannot even walk for some distance, i feel i can hear my nerve beats very severely, as if some one is playing a drum, i have a headache also in a day for some time but not very severe one, i am taking rx+ tablets what is the matter
