Hello and welcome to HCM, The symptoms of headache, loud heart beat and chest pain are suggestive of cardiovascular disorder. Loud and fast heart beats is called palpitations. Palpitation can be due to underlying cardiac ailment. Headache could be due to high blood pressure. I suggest you to consult a cardiologist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations of cardiovascular system. Clinical assessment, ECG, echocardiography are first line investigations. If required, further investigations like stress test, TMT may also be ordered if any cardiac disorder is detected. Thus, it is first important to rule out cardiac ailment and thus further management.
