What Causes Headache, Backache And Missed Periods?

Hi i am 17. All my life i have had very irregular periods. I didn t have my period for 3 months. I started spotting lightly 2 weeks ago, and it has been on and off with the spotting. Usually i will only go 2 months with no period but since it has been 3 months i am very concerned. I have taken 3 hpt and all say negative. Here lately I have been having backaches, and having bad headaches. Any answers would be very helpful. - Thank You

As you are irregular cycles you need to undergo blood tests like thyroid tests, LH, FSH, prolactin levels.
Also ultrasound of uterus and ovaries to see for polycystic ovaries.
Now to get periods you need to take primolut N 5 mg bd for 5 days to get withdrawl bleeding.
Try to reduce your weight if you are obese.
Your weight should be your height minus 100.
