What Causes Headache, Bloating, Hot Flashes And Excessive Thirst?

my breasts are a good bit heavier and fuller than normal, I ve been having headaches for the past 2-3 days, i am slightly bloated, having some hot flashes, more thirsty than usual, and using the bathroom more than usual (I m guessing because of more water intake?). What could this all mean? Oh, and my period isn t due for another 3 days.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to premenstrual syndrome.

I suggest using anti-inflammatory medication to relieve symptoms such as Ibuprofen.

If the symptoms continue, I suggest doing a urine test to exclude the possibility of a urinary tract infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
