What Causes Headache, Blocked Nose And Shoulder Pain After Waking Up?

Hi Yes I have had bad headaches my whole life and have found when I wake up they are worse and I can usually not breathe out of one of my nostrils and wondering if I could possibly have a deviated septum him that builds blockage in my head and causes me to have such pain my whole face down my shoulders and neck Ok thanks as I can t pay for this as it would not do any good.

common causes of headache and shoulder pain are sinusitis or deviated nasal septum
you should visit your nearest ent doctor and get yourself checked
