What Causes Headache, Blood In Stool And Fainting Sensation?

Hi, I have a headache from this morning that had returned. This morning I had an explosive stool that had fresh blood and have had 2 more small stools with fresh blood. I also feel weak and almost fainted about an hour ago while standing and talking to someone.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Causes of blood in the stool range from harmless conditions of the gastrointestinal tract such as hemorrhoids and anal tears to serious conditions such as cancer.
This hemorrhage may also cause a headache and the fainting feeling.
So,It is neccesary a colonoscopy to evaluate the source of the blood.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
