What Causes Headache, Blurred Vision And Fainting?

my legs feel like jelly when i walk, i also have headaches more to the back of my head, my eyesight sometimes goes a bit blurry but not always. yesterday i passed out this is the only time this has happened. i went to the emergency doctor yesterday who said to go to my gp tomorrow as it can be one of a thousand reasons. can you help
