What Causes Headache, Blurred Vision And High BP?

Hi- I am experiencing a headache which presented relatively suddenly about an hour ago. I have mild blurred vision and I took my BP and got a reading of 156/90. I am a 46 year old female in good health, though about 30 lbs overweight. Of course I am concerned about TIA and other types of strokes. I am thinking I should drink a glass of water and sit quietly for 30 minutes then recheck my BP and see if my other symptoms persist. I also have a weird feeling in mt left ear.

Hi,

Consult a physician and get evaluated.

As the first line of management, you can take analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief.

If symptoms persist you have to get an MRI scan for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
