What Causes Headache, Broken Eye Vessel In Left Eye And High BP?
Hi, I have had a headache for a few days & now I have a broken eye vessel in my left eye & my blood pressure is a little high 146/87 with 59 heart rate. My blood pressure usually runs between 98-104 for the top part. A few weeks ago I had a skin rash on my arms & face that was treated with Benadryl & a round of steroids.

I really appreciate your concern, most the headaches are not due to any disease but it is always associated with some stress, vessels can not be broke but of course it could be prominent and it is due to allergic condition, stress, infection, hypertension, allergic condition of skin response well to Diphehydramine hope this information helps.
