What Causes Headache, Chest Pain And Dizziness?

19 year old female, has chronic headaches in left side of head, often feels numbness in left side of face, has been experiencing chest pain, of a pressure sort of feeling, and hands have been turning blue, although not cold. Also get regular dizzy spells, and nausea.

Hello.By your symptoms,a possible diagnosis is anxiety but having chronic headaches in left side of head with numbness in left side of face,is also necessary to rule out migraine (one of the main triggers of migraine is stress-anxiety).
Go to your primary care doctor for examination and prescription.
