What Causes Headache, Chest Pain, Difficulty In Breathing And Anxiety?

i have been having a number of weird different feelings chest pain, discomfort in my chest, I feel pressure over my eyes and sometimes like something is in it. I have head burning sensation, slight headaches, anxiety, difficulty breathing at times. I have been to four different hospitals and see my pcp on a regular no one can tell me what is going on
