General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

There are many medical conditions that can cause these symptoms.

I would recommend some examinations to help through the diagnosis.

I suggest a complete blood count, glycemic level, blood pressure level.

I also recommend checking electrolytes.

The symptoms can also be related to anemia which can be confirmed through examinations.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
