General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms are more consistent with sinusitis.
Consult a general practitioner and start on antibiotics preferably Amoxclav for five to seven days.

Do steam inhalation to open up blocked sinuses. You can take analgesics like paracetamol and Aceclofenac for pain relief also. If symptoms persist, consult a Consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
