What Causes Headache, Cough, Fatigue And Shoulder Pain?

i have persistent headache, productive cough for three weeks, the cough has been on and off for few months, body fatigue ,pain on left shoulder and left chest side . my csr is 55mm/hr. i haven t gotten clear answer of what i am suffering from. what could be i suffering from?

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of headache, cough, fatigue and shoulder pain which seems to be due to viral infection/ upper respiratory tract infection. It is due to presence and persistence of infection in body.

Need not to worry much. I would suggest you to

- Take acetaminophen, it will reduce headache.

- You should take proper course of antibiotics for 5 days.

- Apply moist cloth on head dipped in cold water, can help to reduce fever & headache.

- Take muscle relaxant as well.

- Drink plenty of fluids and have rest properly.

- Avoid oily and spicy food.

Visit general physician once and get it completely examined and start treatment after proper prescription. Get blood tests done to find out exact diagnosis.
