What Causes Headache, Cramping And Dizziness During Pre Menopausal?

I am Pre menopausal. I have not had a period this month. It seems to have just stopped, however, i am having cramps as if it wants to start, but, what is puzzling is that I ve never had cramps before. I have also been having severe headaches/ dizziness, of which i ve seen a Neurosurgeon for because it was one like I ve never experienced before. I have now had a CT and a MRI with good results. What are our thoughts to his matter.

Hello,

Hormonal ups and downs with mental stress are the main reason of above said clinical features (vasomotor symptoms) at Pre-menopausal stage.

For abdominal cramp, I suggest to undergo one ultrasound scan to rule out underlying pathology. Do complete hormone profile and consult with doctor for complete prescription.

Good luck.
