What Causes Headache, Depression, Acne And Facial Hair Growth?

I never had acne before and my facial hair is growing a bit more, hair loss issues as well. I do smoke from last 2 years. Dr recommended thyroid complete test and the results was perfect there was no issue. Im afraid of pcos as i heard that it makes issues regarding getting pregnant. Do you think this headache depression acne facial hair can b pcos problem. What can i do to recover it.

Hello,

Hair changes may be due to PCOS. The headache and depression are not typical of it though. On the other hand, if you would like to rule it out you can have the testosterone level in the blood checked. If it is high then you very likely have PCOS.
Depression can also be a separate diagnosis and may not have any underlying condition, especially if you have ruled out thyroid problems. So if the test comes out normal consider getting treated for depression.
