What Causes Headache Despite A Normal Optic Pressure Value?

I am wondering if your optic pressures are high and your vision is great what else could be wrong? I have been having a really bad headache that will not go completely away for a month now and when I bend over or down I feel as if someone is strangling me. Like i have water feeling in my ears

You are having a clinical condition called glaucoma and it can present without headache and vision loss. It can gradually affect your vision if left untreated. Consult your Gynaecologist immediately and get evaluated.
