What Causes Headache Despite Taking Topiramate For Migraine?
Hello, I just I am a 22 year old woman. I started taking topiramate about three weeks ago (50 mg at night, but still working on dose) for migraine prevention. Most of my migraines have stopped, however some of my headaches remain. I have always had this type of headache but have never been sure if it was tension headache or a different migraine, as it is not as severe as the migraines I started taking the medication for. The pain is throughout my head, but it is worse above my right temple. Standing up makes it much worse. They often occur around the onset of menstruation.
