What Causes Headache, Diarrhea And Back Pain?

I have a had a headache for 3 days but I do deal with migraines alot I m medicated for them but then today my back is just killing me and I m feeling sick to my stomach with constant diarrhea. I took my temp it s 97.4 I m sweaty I feel like it s hot in here but I told my head it s cold to touch. What is going on?

Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a stomach flu. I suggest using Tylenol for the fever and the headache. I also suggest using Imodium for the diarrhea and daily probiotics. I recommend to drink a lot of liquids and rest.
