What Causes Headache, Dizziness And Chest Pain?

I have been having dizzy episodes with a headache before getting dizzy, and having chest pain after the dizziness starts. The headache comes and goes as does the chest pain. Activity makes it worse, and laying down makes it a little better. Tonight is the third time in one week that this has occurred. Tonight, it all started around 7 PM. Should I go to the ER again? So far, the ER s are not finding anything serious by the time they run their tests.

Hello,

You should get your heart checked because the pain may be from heart, angina. Do an ECG, stress test and heart ultrasound. Avoid activity and keep rest to help you not experience pain.
