What Causes Headache, Dizziness And Fatigue After A Head Injury?

Hi, i fainted and hit my head pretty hard on marble floor. It s been 3 hours and I still feel very dazed, headache incl the pain where i hit my head, nausea, numbness, and tiredness. I feel like I have to sleep really bad. Should i sleep it off or go to a doctor?

Hello,

I think you should go to the doctor. Also to do some examinations like X-ray but better is Ct scan or MRI and a blood test. If you vomit you have to go immediately to the emergency room.
