What Causes Headache, Dizziness And Nausea During 37th Week Of Pregnancy?

I am 25 yo, 160 lbs, 5’7. I am 37 weeks, 5 days pregnant and I have had a headache , dizziness , and slight nausea for the last couple of days. I have not had any complications in this pregnancy (it is my first pregnancy). I took 2 extra strength Tylenol last night but I woke up to my head hurting worse. Baby is moving fine.

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion I suggest you to rule out any high BP.Hypertension in pregnancy might present headache,vomitings etc.If the BP is normal you need not worry it might be simple tension headache.Avoid any mental tensions and sleep for 8 hours daily.Take paracetamol for pain.Dont worry.
