What Causes Headache, Dizziness And Nausea?

my son is complaining about feeling dizzy headache and feeling nausea. I took him to the emergency room and they said that it sounds like vertigo. They did not do a cat scan nor did they take blood. They referred him to see an ENT. I took him to an ENT and he suggested an MRI. What can I give him to make him feel better meanwhile and does this sound like Vertigo or could it be anything else ?

Thanks for contacting healthcare magic.

You have problem of dizziness and headach with nausea that may be because of ear infection.

Inner ear infection or labyrinthitis may cause vertigo problem.
Benign positional vertigo may ruled out.

Low blood pressure may cause dizziness problem.
Brain stroke may cause this type of problems.

Consent a ENT specialist for diagnosis.
Do a MRI for further diagnosis.

I hope my guidance is helpful to you.
Take care.
Thanks.
