What Causes Headache, Dizziness And Pain All Over The Body?

For the past several weeks I ve been experiencing dizziness, headaches, puffy face, throbbing/pressure around ears & neck and just overall feel off. Went to dr 2 weeks ago & she said there was some fluid on my ears and throat was a little red. She gave me a Z-pack for 5 days. Didn t help; she followed with a steroid for 5 days along with nasal spray. Went back yesterday and gave me referral to a balance center. Today I m very achy all over, muscle & joint aches and i have no energy. My headache is moderate but constant and dizziness off & on.

Hi,

It looks like you are suffering from pharyngitis (throat pain, infection, inflammation), acute suppurative otitis media (ASOM) (purulent discharge from the middle ear). Visit an ENT specialist, get physically examined.

Spread of the infection is causing headache, dizziness, pain all over the body.

You need medications. Take DOXT-100, Acetaminophen (Tylenol), Otogesic drop to be applied in the ear. Take all medications after consultation.
