What Causes Headache, Dizziness And Pressure Around The Eyes?

Hello , I was diagnosed with sinusitis last yr May 2013 & this year 6/2/14 I was given cipro 500mg but I am still having headaches, dizziness , pressure around my eyes head & back of my ears what should I do & I am always exhausted female 36 no children

Eye sight check up and Fundas examination.

It will shows any papillodeama that suggest raise in interracial tension.
MRI/CTbrain will helpful to rule out any pressure producing lesion.
