What Causes Headache, Dizziness And Stiffed Neck?

Hi, Last Sunday I had a not so sharp pain in the right side of my head, ever since I havent felt myself, I went the doctors on wednesday, He checked my heart rate, Blood pressure and checked the inside of my mouth & throat, He diagnosed it as a Viral infection, But now im feeling extremely weak, I think im a hypochondriac and I really want to be assured. My doctor said it definitely wasn't a tumour, and yesterday I woke up with a stiff neck, Not painful, but the slept funny kind of stiff neck, Im extremely scared, what can I do? Im drinking plenty and food doesnt look that good to me know more, Im not having severe headaches, or nausea or vomiting in the morning, or seizures...

Could it be Viral meningitis?
