What Causes Headache, Dizziness, Blurred Vision And Nosebleed?

About 3 dqys ago I started getting nose bleeds and my vision has started blurring when looking at something close to me. I ca still see far away just fine. Wo what can cause headache, dizziness, blurred vision and nosebleeds simultaneously and getting progressively worse. This all came on suddenly and my headache is a 9 on pain.

you should immediately get your blood pressure checked. it may be high as you are having all symptoms suggestive of that. take less of salt in your diet, take rest and sleep as much as possible,remove all your stress factors.as far as nose bleed is concerned it may be hypertensive epistaxsis.once the bleed starts, pinch your nose and lie down for 10 mins.you can also bend forward and spit out the boold as it will make you normotensive.you can apply cold compresses like ice on your nose to stop the bleeding. however you need to get your blood pressure checked.
