What Causes Headache, Dizziness, Flutters In Chest And Pain In Ribs?

I have been suffering from headache, dizziness, flutters in my chest and pain radiating to my ribs & shoulder blades, also pins & needles in my hands & sometimes my feet. I have a hiatus hernia which causes acid reflux, for which my GP has increased my dose to 40mg esemprozole. So I am rather concerned by these worsening symptoms.

Hi,
The entire spectrum of symptoms can'e be explained by a lone etiology.These are probably related to somatization disorder.Please get examined by a psychiatrist.Amitriptyline(10 mg per day-under a physician's guidance) may help.Hope that helps.
