What Causes Headache, Double Vision, Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea And Sweating?

Friend with sever headache, double vision,nausea,vomiting diarrhea, light sensitive, sweating profusely. No fever. Had 950 cc in his bladder and only could pass a little and was not uncomfortable. Catheter was placed. not doing a spinal tap till tomorrow. MRI clear from MS, stroke brain turmor. What s going on. Should he stay in this hospital or be moved.CT also neg Having a neck and and CT tonight.

Based on symptoms, we need to exclude a diagnosis of meningitis. I hope the MRI brain was with contrast. He should be in a hospital, which has a neurologist.
