What Causes Headache, Dry Mouth, Chest Pain, Dizziness And Fatigue?

I have a bad headache, mouth is dry, dry cough, chest pain, hurts when cough, dizziness, chills and sweats, fatigue, and muscel aches and back pain. Also I ve had constant allergies for almost a month. These symptoms started yesterday and have yesterday. Had to get a steroid shot last week n taking over the counter meds to get rid of allergies but the cough has not gone away. I m thinking either pneumonia or kidney stones.

Hello,

These symptoms are observed in different medical issues from cardiac to lung diseases. As you mentioned you have allergy issues as well. It is possible that it is likely related to some infectious cause. Although to rule out any cardiac issue. My advice to you is, get an EKG done. It is better to visit ER for this as there are many different tests like blood test, Chest X-ray, PFT need to be done to see what is the underlying cause.

Also, to relieve the pain, appropriate management must be done and that too depends on the underlying cause. So physical examination along with medical history need to be asked to come to a conclusion and support you with appropriate management.
