General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The issue of blood in saliva appears to be originating from you mouth or oral cavity and could be a dental problem. Most commonly such problems are from gums or a cavity in teeth or a similar issue there. Please visit a dentist and get your oral cavity examined and in the meantime you can start consuming vitamin C tablet of up to 1000 mg strength per day.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anoop Kumar, General & Family Physician
