What Causes Headache, Ear Pain And Red Spots All Over The Body?
My son is complaining of a headache, ear ache, mouth pain, has some red spots on his body that look like bug bites. He has what looks like a stye in the right eye. He had the spots for about 3 days. The other symptoms have been showing up throughout the day today. We were at the beach yesterday and he did have a wave tumble him into the water.

The red spots may be related to a viral infection possibly varicella. You may upload a photo of the rash for me to confirm it.
The ear pain and headache may be caused by swimming in the water and staying on Sun since you are at the beach. You can give him acetaminophen for headache and earache.
