What Causes Headache, Ear Pain And Yellow Spots Inside Upper Lips?

I have headaches that come and go at times. A white tongue and roof of mouth. The tongue whiteness most can be scraped off with a spoon. I took mouthwash today and it helped some. I think. I also scrap it every day. I am have small white/yellow spots on by inner upper lip. Like you can t feel them and to see them i have to pucker the together. They are going a way. I had a slight ear ache today. I have no other marks or problems. I was sick on the 14th. I just wonder what s wrong. I saw a doctor a two weeks or a week ago. She said that I was fine and that I was just over stressed. Thank you for your advice and time.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that white coating over tongue seems to be due to oral yeast infection known as oral thrush..
White/yellow spots on upper inner lip can be either small ulcers or can also be raised sebaceous glands known as Fordyce's spots and it is not any pathology..
Headache and earache can be due to ear infection and can be commonly bacterial in nature..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..
In case of thrush antifungal medications like Nystatin mouthwash and clotrimazole lozenges can be advised for 15 days.
You should also consult an ENT expert and get ear checked and in case of infection antibiotic ear drops can help..
For headache you can also take Ibuprofen..
