General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Headache along with nosebleed is not a normal thing and needs further investigation. Only stress will not cause a nosebleed. I would advise you to get yourself assessed by a physician.

You need to get your blood pressure checked as high blood pressure sometimes may lead to headache and nosebleed.

Also severe anemia can also cause your symptoms. It can be diagnosed by doing a complete blood count. Treatment will depend on the diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nazma. Amman
