What Causes Headache, Eye Floaters And Dizziness?

We recently oved to a new city. While shopping in a brightly lite store I got a headache and started seeing blinking black circles. I felt so odd I left the store as I got dizzy. This has never happened before in any store or any where else. Could this be something like an allergy? I am 69 and I am in fairly good health. P Gonzales

Your symptoms can follow a migraine attack OR refractory error in the eye. Consultation of an ophthalmologist would help.
