What Causes Headache, Fatigue And Fever?

I am a 25 year old male. I am 5'8" and 190 lbs. For the past few days I've been experiencing extreme fatigue, headaches, feeling as though I have a fever(Even though my body temperature is only slightly above normal), and neck pains. I was told that it is consistent with meningitis, however I do not know the symptoms. Does it fit the bill?

I really appreciate your concern and let me tell you that the symptoms that you have could be due to the viral infection and not the symptoms of meningitis just forget about this and this can be treated with symptomatic medicine alone and no need to worry about this take care and have a nice day.
