What Causes Headache, Fever And Body Aches?

I felt my body starting to ache yesterday afternoon went to bed a did not sleep a wink. Really bad headache and had a fever with my heart racing all night. Headache is now gone but the body is still aching with no fever and heart rate almost back to normal.
