What Causes Headache, Fever And Diarrhoea?

for about 5 years now, ive been suffering from bad headaches. at least once a year, i get an attack where my head is throbbing on one side, and i spike a high fever. every year it gets worse. this past year, it happend around october, but this time, diarreah set in. the headaches and fevers last about 4-6 hours. the diarreah lasted for three days. m doctors connot figure out what it is. the majority of my other headaches happen when i first wake up in the morning. when i make certain moves, my head pounds for a minute or two. i take long deep breathes, then it goes away. i need help!
