What Causes Headache, Fever, Chills, Sore Throat And Swollen Lymph Nodes?

I recently vacationed in CA outside in 50 s and 60 s weather. The next day was a beach and pool day where I had a minor sunburn. We did have some beer during Saturday while outside, temps were about 70-75 degrees and partly sunny. Sat evening I began to feel tired, chills and sore throat. I drank lots of water and vitamins but still feeling swollen lymph nodes in my throat and a slight headache and chills. I take Advil to help relieve my pain. What else should I do?
