What Causes Headache Followed By Upset Stomach, Vomiting And A Fainting Spell?

I had a headache then 30 min later upset stomach went into restroom to poop and all of a sudden I needed to vomit. Picked up trash can vomited into it and next thing I know my husband finds me passed out onthe floor with a big goose egg on my forehead. Should I be concerned?

You may need to go to hospital to get evaluated. You should definitely blood tests to get checked.
