What Causes Headache, Frequent Bowel Movement And Red Color Marks In Body?

The last few days i have been waking up with a headache. going to the toilet 3 to 4 times in the night and on occasions wetting myself before i even reach. feeling really sick and have no energy leaving my head feeling heavy.also have marks in different parts of body red blood stains.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

By excess diarrhea; dehydration can occur which can lead to headache. So maintain hydration by drinking lots of water.
ORS can be taken until diarrhea is resolved.
Avoid excessive spicy food.
Check your CBC report as well.
Stool routine micro examination and occult blood test should be done. According to report further management plan can be decided.
